Service Description

Self awareness assessments are key in developing authentic leadership as it directly supports the development of the major sub-process of leadership authenticity, in that - Leaders gain self-clarity and understanding with the meaning to develop a deeper awareness of self (self-awareness). - Leaders build congruence between who they are, their purpose, their values and what they believe about others (self regulation). - This can allow the leader's behaviours to become an expression of their internal selves which are observed by others and the impact it has on the performance of their followers and organisations (self-verification).
