As Women’s Month draws to a close, I am reminded that women’s empowerment cannot be limited to a campaign, an event or a single month. Empowerment is built through the opportunities we create, the conversations we courageously hold and the systems we are willing to change.

Women are leading in a world characterised by uncertainty, rapid change and increasing complexity. In complex environments, past solutions may no longer be enough. Leaders are required to make decisions with incomplete information, respond to competing demands and guide people through challenges that do not have simple answers.
